WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Flat Rate Shipping ~ $10 AUD per item

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
​
For our cherished international customers, please note that any customs fees or local taxes levied by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. As these charges vary, Silver Linings Club is unable to provide an estimate at the time of purchase. We recommend consulting with your local tax office for clarity. Should an order be returned to us from overseas due to unpaid duties, a 15% restocking fee will apply, unless we've made specific arrangements with you beforehand. We want to be transparent that items sent back due to customs fees or taxes won't qualify for a refund, but we will issue a credit note for the merchandise value, less the original and return shipping expenses.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

To ensure we can whisk your chosen treasures to you as swiftly as possible, our system springs into action the moment an order is placed. This rapid processing means we're generally unable to make changes or cancel an order once it's been confirmed. It's like it's already on its way to our dedicated warehouse for its journey to you!
We therefore encourage you to double-check all the details of your order before you click 'complete' – especially your email and delivery address.

Just so you know, in line with our terms and conditions, Silver Linings Club does reserve the right to cancel an order anytime before it departs our warehouse and you receive that exciting tracking confirmation.

COMBINING ITEMS WITHIN ORDERS

We appreciate that combining items within an order might seem like a neat trick to save on shipping costs. However, to ensure each member receives their selections accurately and efficiently, each item ordered is processed as a unique journey. As soon as you place an order, each item within it is carefully handled by our warehouse team for picking, packing, and its initial steps towards you. This focused approach helps us maintain the quality and speed you expect. Think of each item as a special delivery, individually cared for from start to (almost!) finish. Combining them after they're placed could lead to a bit of logistical wizardry that our current system isn't quite set up for.​

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
